What Customers Say
Real reviews from pet parents who trust Ruby Tailz to make caring for their pets easier.
"I’ve had such a good experience with Ruby Tailz. Everything feels thoughtfully picked out and the quality has been better than I expected. I truly adore this company."
"I love finding pet brands that actually make products I want to use instead of just stuff that looks cute online. I’ve been really happy with everything I’ve gotten so far."
"You can tell there’s a lot more thought behind the products here than your typical pet store. I’ve been really impressed and will definitely be shopping here again."
Started with Ruby
The photo above is the first time I ever saw my dog, Ruby. I found her laying near a run down, abandoned house. She was scared, dirty, and clearly had been neglected.
I took her home, cared for her, and slowly watched her become the happy, loving dog she was meant to be. Seeing her transformation made me realize just how much love and care can change a pet’s life. I truly believe we were meant to find each other.
Ruby is the reason I started Ruby Tailz. What began with one dog turned into a mission to make life with our pets a little easier, safer, and better, while giving them the love and care they deserve.
Because every pet deserves to feel loved.
